Thats North Downtown 16th and California I think. There is a nw surface lot adjacent to it and across the street.

16th Street was my guess too, but I can't remember which cross street its on.

Complete shot in the dark here but is that the development around 78th and Cass by keystone that people were grumpy about a year or two ago?

A few years ago it was rezoned from R4(35) Single family ( I think 28 lots ) to R5 Urban family ( 24 lots )

I looked back and it looked like a few random houses and a bunch of vacant lots.
