18mp, 6400 ISO!  Nice!
Images should be as clean as the 7D too.  Makes me proud to own Canon. 8)

Hopefully for you it is better than the 50d, which has been panned as having worse IQ than the 40d. And no, not just by Nikon fanboys. :)

As long as it is better than the Nikon D300, I'm good.  But that is setting the bar kinda low.

ZZZZZZZZZ. Is that the best you can do?

I'm not claiming the D300 is the top jimmy, but I'll tell you what. It's not the camera. Give me the same equipment as anyone else and sent me out for a month hunting landscapes, and I like my chances for being the alpha dog.

Old camera died and haven't had much free time to mess with the new one. I might have something on Sunday.

heck yeah!  Let's make the March contest theme 'Landscapes.'  Top honors to whoever gets the most votes.  Just take your picture during the month of March, and we'll see who really is the alpha dog here.

Marketing... Any photographer in the world knows a canon when they see them, but your Nikon could be a sigma for all we know
