I always have a bit of sympathy for high-profile coaches who underwhelm, and eventually lose their jobs - and do so amongst mountains of public scrutiny. But, he's gotta be getting close to the door by now, right?

Who knows. Â St. Tom gave him a 2 year extension last year for no reason.

Don't over ( or under) estimate TO. Â With a new practice facility, New arena in 2013 and the Big 10 it is now or never for the Huskers. Â This is year six and nothing looks better than it did in year 1. Â I will give him a pass on year 1 due to the time of year he was hired but he has had enough time. Â
Remember TO let Anderson go from the baseball program when every few though he would do it.
For the record NEBUGEATER does not equal BUGEATER !!!!!!!
I watched the Nebraska/Wisconsin game, and the ESPN guys calling the game said Nebraska had, flat out, the best facilities they've ever seen in college basketball.
No doubt about that. They are making excuses left and right for Sadler. Sorry guys, they would still suck without the injuries, and they are going to be worse next year.

They are going to be terrible next year. Â Hopefully without Doc. Â I don't even expect Nebraska to every win the conference I just expect them to show up from night to night. Â This is a joke.
I hate to say this, but they are an embarrassment to the school. Will new facilities bring in better players in the future, or will no one want to come to a school with this reputation.
On the other hand, the volleyball team is giddy about playing at the Devaney.
Anyone hear what is the future of the Coliseum?
SO the Huskers take on PSU in Lincoln tonight. Â Two of the three teams that are supposed to be the bottom dwellers. Â Problem with that is PSU is having some success with a first year Head Coach when it wasn't expected. Â Anyone care enough to take a guess at the outcome in Lincoln tonight?

TO is at almost every home game. Â His 4 AD seats are always occupied. Â Many times it is his wife or what I think are his kids and grandkids with him.

Tonight both Creighton and Nebraska have Basketball games that can be seen on TV. Â Southern Illinois vs Creighton at 6 CT on NET and Nebraska vs Wisconsin on BTN at 5 CT Â Hope they both win!

Big win. Â NU beating Indiana (who has wins over Kentucky and Ohio State) is big news. Â Featured on Sportscenter last night. Â Indiana is one of the giants of college basketball. Â Put me down as someone that cares.
Put it this way, it doesn't do anything for Nebraska, they still suck and got lucky against a top rated opponent who overlooked them. The only team this affects is Indiana, who will drop in the rankings and should be super embarrassed.

It actually has huge ramifications for Nebraska, wins like these mean its more likely Doc will be here next year, which at this point I am hoping is not the case.

As a Nebraskan fan it was a great night. Â This has been a disappointing season and at least provided a bright spot. Â We will still more than likely finish in the bottom 3rd of the Big 10 but I'll take this win.
