Good pitching last night from Adcock.  Still think he deserves a look for KC's rotation next year.

Friday night's game was a sellout and even through two rain delays, there were still a few thousand people there at 12:45 AM when the Uncle Kraker concert finished.

Is that why I was hearing fireworks in SW Omaha at 11:30 at night?

Woof!  Nicely done!  I wonder where that will put them in AAA ball, attendance wise.

As far as the Pacific Coast League, they should finish 8th out of the 16 team league.  (5,938 avg, which is slightly less than last year's avg of 5,947)

Martie Cordaro said that the Chasers have been in first place since April 25, 2011 including going wire to wire this year in first.

Attendance was up in 2011 over 2010.

That's true.  They only called Lough up because Dyson is injured.  Robinson and Falu along with some pitchers that are on the 40 man including Verdugo would be in KC if not for the playoffs.

Odorizzi and Myers are not on the 40 man so they probably would not have been called up either way.

With the series tied, we have at least two more games at Werner.  Hopefully the Chasers can close this out by Saturday.  If it makes it to Sunday I think we have to face Bauer again.

The additions are big for the Royals.  Giving up Montgomery, who is looking like a bust, and Odorizzi, who doesn't have elite stuff, is completely fine by me.  Myers on the other hand might be the best OF prospect in all of baseball is a risk.

Interesting to see the Royals trading for starters instead of the other way around though.

Time will tell on this trade. I do not know much about TBs pitchers, so I just hope it is a fair trade.
