Zestos and the pedestrian bridge are winners this year, that segment on the swim trials certainly helped Omahas image also.
Looks like the bridge will take the place of the desert dome. Maybe I have missed them, but I have seen only one 'off day with the team' outing and it was only a team going golfing.

There was one Thursday as well.  Seems like the "popular" thing to do.

The Security office at both the Trade and the Clink is located right next to the media/employee entrance.  Thursday when I was leaving I walked by the friends of kid who ran on the field.  They were trying to find him and the cops said, "He is on his way to Jail" and they asked when he would get out and the cop said "2 or 3 hours if the jail is not busy, could be up to 10 hour if its a really busy night".  I didn't hear what one of the friends said next but the cop turned around a let them have it.  Something along the line of "this is what happens when you act stupid, tell all your friends not to be stupid".

Not quite sure....had to be about 10-12 total.  I did think all the beach balls were funny.  They even showed the one on the string on SportsCenter.

You don't see the Bridge as much during the games like you used to with the Desert Dome, but they did do some nice shots from there.  They need to make a more direct route to the bridge from the stadium.  Right now it's not the best.

I'm gonna guess the idiot.  (edit.  After I read this I thought it may seem as though it is something against Axel which it is not, just hoping his brother is the idiot :)

I have nothing against Axel, just don't think people realize the consequences for running on the field.

Grounds crew. My brother isn't an idiot. And if he was, I wouldn't identify it. And that tackle is even better considering he played soccer at Creighton hahaha

Idiots "streaking," or whatever you want to call it, crack me up every time. Especially baseball, soccer, or any sport that isn't college football - then it's just a nuisance.

I do think the beach balls and especially the "streakers" went a little overboard this year.  Have your fun, but quit slowing the game down.

Typically when you watch a sport like baseball, you need some form of entertainment.
