Glad to see him have some success.  He was a good Mav.  Too bad about the injuries he had in the pros.

Very cool!  Maybe he can be talked into bringing the cup to Omaha for a day  8).

On the radio this morning they stated the new Ralston arena is trying to get their hands on it for one day for people to see.

That's not as big of a stretch as one would think originally.  Luc Robitaille is not only part owner of the Lancers, but also president of the Kings.  It would be cool if Scott Parse and Robitaille could bring it to town at some point.

Several years ago, it was in Omaha at the Moylan IcePlex.   It is very cool to stand next to it.   Photos were taken.   My nephew had just started in Mites hockey and was shorter than the cup.   It would be great to see it come back.
