Wow since when has Omaha been dominating in baseball? This is very exciting and seems to have been brought upon by the new ballpark.. Which after seeing it in person is definitely worth the investment and seems to have brought attention to an area of the city that never had any attention.. also a very good thing..

It is where you are at the end that counts. Â I think if you go back to 5 or 6 game left Omaha had the lead and the same arguemnt for lossing the lead could be said for the other team.

The Omaha Storm Chasers 7-6 comeback win over the Oklahoma City RedHawks tonight at Werner Park finished off a 3-0 American Conference Championship Series sweep and advances the Chasers to the Pacific Coast League Championship Series for a third consecutive year! The Storm Chasers will face the winner of the Pacific Conference Championship Series between the Salt Lake Bees and the Las Vegas 51s for the PCL crown.
Omaha will host Games 1 and 2 of the Pacific Coast League Championship Series, with Game 1 set for Tuesday, September 10 at 7:05 p.m. and Game 2 scheduled for Wednesday, September 11 at 7:05 p.m

I would have been upset if that throw out at the plate in the bottom of the 7th decided the game against the Storm Chasers, but it sounded like it was a strong and accurate throw to get him out.
And they just won game 2 on a HR by Fletcher in the bottom of the 9th!
One win away from their second PCL Championship in three (Werner Park) seasons !!!!!!!
