I think the atmosphere at the Vault this Sunday will be electric. Wisconsin will be really tough to beat. They are trying to become a #1 seed.

What is next for the tie breaker if it were to come in to play with Ohio St. We are 1 - 1 with them.

All I know/heard is if they all end up 10-8, NU will be the 6 seed.

With OSU facing MSU... probably 50/50 chance NU gets that bye after all.

OSU beats MSU on Senior night. If NU wins they are the forth seed and get a bye, lose and they are the fifth seed and plays in the first round.

When was the last time Nebbie, Creighton, Iowa and ISU were all in the same year? Obviously Nebraska is the usual holdout but its certainly been a while!

Well if anyone wants to look it up you can limit your searches to these years, the only year that the Huskers have been in.... all one and done

I was telling my friends last night how the plains could be playing their best collective basketball ever. Creighton, Kansas, WSU, ISU, Iowa, Nebraska, OK St, KS St, Oklahoma, Baylor, SMU all in. Thats a sixth of the field.

Iowa should be in, but if they were to lose their first game in the big 10 tournament vs Northwestern, there is an outside chance that they don't make the field. They had the exact same record last year: 20-11 (9-9 in conference) and didn't make it.

According to Lunardi, Iowa is still an 8 seed, while Nebraska is off the bubble/play in game and now an 11 seed pkaying UCLA.

I've been to quite a few basketball games and that was by far the best environment I have been to. Crowd and set up was amazing. PBA+Miles is looking like a game changer for Husker Basketball.

I wonder how long it might be, before they fill in PBA's open end. Even with just 'actual attendance'... Nebraska should jump in the top 20 attendance school's this year. With 'sold out' attendance... they'd be approaching the top 10 (with Creighton of course, #6 last year... pretty crazy).

I also wonder what attendance will be like once they stop selling upper-bowl tickets for $5. I think they definitely have the support with all the students going to UNL but I wonder if they will continue to come once the new-ness wears off and the school increases ticket prices.

With that in mind, I would think it would be at least 5+ years before any addition is completed to fill the open end.

Not sure on early part of season but during Big 10 play upper bowl tickets were $10.

Supposedly there was quite a bit more yesterday than the announced. The amount announced was for the fire marshall. Either way it was a crazy scene down there. Thousands watching the game outdoors at the Yard as well. Even with no tournament success, Nebraska was top 20 in the 90's nationally.

Where do the students sit at Husker BB games? I saw an article that was talking about their location and how it helped with the atmosphere, but I don't think it said exactly where they sat. I know Creighton has their limited student section behind one basket.

I want to say 10 or so? Yeah they would be A+ seats for donors so it is nice to see them committed to giving the students some good seats.

Wow, I didnt know Nebraskas history was that lean, although having never won I guess it makes sense that they havent had too many tries.

The answer is never, as near as I can tell! Basing it on NE, I can find 2 of 3 a few years but theres always one hold out.
Oddly, the last two, 98, 94, only NE was in. In 86, 92 and 93 ISU and Iowa also made it, in 91 Creighton and Iowa made it.

Maybe I should post this in the how to post YouTube thread, but,
When I try to play many videos on YouTube on my iPad, it says that it cannot play on my device.
But, when I post the link on eOmahaForums I can watch it.
In fact, when that does happen for videos I don't want to post,
I will still post it and just review it on the site, but never submit it :?

There are some types of video formats that do not work on Apple products as you know. Youtube has amix of formats. The Husker pre game video is one that will not play for me on the Iphone or Ipad as an example but will play on other devices.

On Firefox Portable its just the opposite. I can't even see the preview image, let alone watch. However when I go to YouTube, I can actually watch most of them.
