Men's Soccer Releases 2014 Schedule

Creighton men’s soccer head coach Elmar Bolowich announced the Bluejays’ 2014 schedule Friday that features five regular-season contests against 2013 NCAA Tournament teams, including four from the Jays’ nine-match BIG EAST conference slate.

The crowd was AWESOME last night! Great win over a top 20 team, and Creighton looked pretty darn good for a first game.

Cool! I just was told that they are having a Socctoberfest, with the Barry Boyce Band playing in the stadium. Haven't looked it up yet, but anyone heard about this?

Men’s Soccer Ranked No. 2 in Latest NSCAA Rankings

No. 10 Men’s Soccer Wins 2-1 at DePaul

Too bad they scheduled the basketball game the same night as senior night for soccer. This is a huge game too, against Providence for the Big East Title.

I know. I was actually planning on shooting soccer over BB, but something came up and I am now doing BB.

At least this game (12:30pm) isn't being played the same time as the men's bball (3pm) like this last week.

No. 12 Seed Men's Soccer Advances with 1-0 Win over Oregon State

Creighton loses 0-0 (3-4 pk). Goalies stopped one pk shot each, CU hit the side post in another.

It was a great game to watch...although a bit cold outside. Ultimately the ref let the teams play pretty openly, and UMBC was VERY VERY physical, which hurt Creighton.


Good season given expectations at the start of the year. Time to prepare for next year.
