No. 1 UCLA lost Friday at No. 6 Maryland, while No. 2 Virginia played Tulsa to a 1-1 tie.

The Jays had quite a few chances to score more than the one goal, but just couldn't get enough leg on some of the shots they had. Overall though, it's a really fun team to watch.

Creighton Soccer Clinches Fourth NCAA Third Round Appearance In Last Five Years, Downs Drake, 5-1
Creighton will play the winner of tonight's Coastal Carolina at fifth-seeded North Carolina match. The Bluejays' third round match will take place on either Saturday, Nov. 28, or Sunday, Nov. 29. Creighton will be seeking the program's 11th national quarterfinal appearance.

The triumph propelled the Zips (17-3-2) into the NCAA Tournament Quarterfinals for the first time since Akron captured the NCAA title in 2010. The Zips will host sixth-ranked Creighton on Saturday, Dec. 5, at 4 p.m. at FirstEnergy Stadium – Cub Cadet Field.
