Some interesting thoughts on CU baseball. I know he points out the Big East was 18th in RPI among baseball conferences (and that with the MoValley and Big 10 on the rise), but I still think CU will be a regular in the tourney. In the Big East they will have to win their conference tourney but I could see CU being the dominant team in that conference for years in baseball.

I had forgot last year that the RPI was in the 40's going into the Arkansas, UNL, and the Nevada series. Win 3 of those 5 games and you move into the 30's probably and are at least in the convo for an at large.

It will be a miracle if a team from the BE gets an at large but CU is probably the only team that can actually do it considering the SOS with the other Midwestern programs around them, win the weeknight games and you at least have a shot, that was the problem last season.

By the way the new throwback uniforms are amazing. Lawlers could make some money selling that 91' pullover.

Have not seen the throwbacks but normally love anything Lawlor's does. Try to buy most of my stuff there.

I could really see Servais and Co dominating the Big East. He's incredibly underrated. His teams just don't beat themselves, so sound defensively.

I'll be surprised if sometime in the next 10 years CU does not move into or at least start fundraising for a new stadium. TD is obviously better than what they came from but I think they should play in a stadium that better suits their crowds. Plus the rent is so high for them there.
