On Oct 20

Chicago will play Atlanta.
Last exhibition game of the year so probably a lot of the "talent" plays most if the game

Bet it sells out!

Doug McDermott's return to the CLink would be a hot ticket regardless, but against Kyle Korver's team? Yeah, that'll sell out quick.

What a fun night that will be!

Thanks for posting....glad to see this announced. Should be a good crowd. So excited for this. This will be the first NBA preseason game in Omaha since 2006 and only the 2nd ever at the arena. (2003, 2006)

Could you imagine an Avalanche vs Blackhawks game at the CLink?

Would prefer the Blues as one of the teams :) . Blues played Atlanta (Now the Winnipeg Jets 2.0) in Lincoln in 2000 or so.

Blues are playing the Caps at the Sprint Center. I believe October 5.

Looks like 11 sections are already sold out.

Bought my 4 tickets....can't wait. Might end up selling 2 of them and maybe make enough to pay for all of them.

Yours must have been for the nosebleed seats.

Understanding this game has our local CU fan base draw of Korver vs McDermott.. I'd say if the game can draw 12,000 plus, it would be a huge success.. Especially for an NBA preseason game...

Anybody else surprised there are still so many tickets left. With the 2 CU players I thought it would sell out quickly.

Looks like the lower bowl only has a few single seats left and the upper sides are mostly sold out as well. All that is really left is the upper ends in the last few rows. I expect this to be sold out within two weeks.

I am a little. I bought 2 extra tickets with my CU promo code and hoped to sell. The good news is that the cheapest tickets on stub hub are around $48, which is more than $10 I paid for my cheap seats. With Lincoln selling out in 2 hrs last year, I was thinking this would be similar. I am sure that it will sell out, but I am a little surprised.

And it wouldn't surprise me if those tickets were taken by folks who will decide to go like a week before the game (if there are any tickets left). Also, there are around 3,000 more tickets to sell in the CLink than the Prison Bunk Arena. Plus, maybe the novelty factor isn't as high, given some of the events that happen within the City?

Overall, not worried about attendance. It'll sell very well. We're over 2 months away from the event anyways.

Yeah for CU fans, I thought it was a dream match up with it being Korver and McD. I'm sure it will sell out eventually, just thought it would be in hours or days, not weeks.

Looks like there are less than 1,000 tickets left according to ticketmaster. With only one month to go, hopefully they start selling some more as the game nears.

I would have thought it would have sold out a while ago.

I agreed with this post. Thought a August sell out was inevitable.

Which means roughly 17,000 in attendance if everyone who bought tickets shows up (I can't imagine them not doing so with the prices...). Good showing.

Yeah, much better than the only other preseason NBA at the CLink when the Timberwolves played host to the Hawks in 2004. Kevin Garnett scored 17 pts in front of only 12,350. Granted that capacity was only 15,500 at the time.

I stand corrected the T-Wolves also played a game in 2006 vs the Detroit Pistons. There were 11,555 in attendance for that game.
