New youth sports facility may come to Gretna
Omaha World Herald wrote:Tim Karn and Michael Hagge, both of Omaha, plan to open the Sports Barn, an 88,000-square-foot indoor youth sports facility just north of Gretna, near 208th Street and Lincoln Road. The facility, which will be open to youths from throughout the metro area, will have 32,000 square feet of turf for lacrosse, baseball, soccer and softball. Six regulation basketball courts also will be used for volleyball, dodge ball and tennis. The facility will have batting cages, a concession area, a video arcade, classrooms and bleacher seating. The second floor of the concession area will be open for viewing the courts and the turf.

There is already a rumor of a ice rink going out that way as part of a different project.  I know its a rendering but that ball field doesn't have an outfield on the one side.
