1000 Dodge Tenant Rumor

I've heard talk that a local restaurant in another part of the city is looking at relocating to Downtown. I know the restaurant but don't think I should say right now. I think it would be a huge get for Downtown and a good move for this place though.

IMO it would not be a smart move for Espana if that's the rumor. The food is really not that good and the location is one of the few things they have going for them.

When is the City/Qwest going to get wise? It cost $ 10.00 an hour to have somebody
man the parking lot across from DJ's. People are driving all over the place looking for
parking. If I were putting a rest at 1000 dodge, I would certainly look into this.

On another note, would love to have another place down there.
