Elkhorn Downtown

Apparently there was a meeting in Elkhorn tonight about developing their downtown area. Â I heard that some of the homeowners were set against about this idea and don't want anything to change. Â Even when it could become like Florence, Benson, Dundee, etc., they became completely irate

I saw a news story a few days ago about someone wanting to build a large apartment complex near there and people weren't too happy about it.
