Sheraton to purchase the Magnolia?

Anyone hear a rumor about the Magnolia being sold (back) to Sheraton?  I was reading a trade magazine the other day that mentioned the Sheraton purchasing the"Crown Plaza" in Omaha, but then the article included a picture of the Magnolia and mentioned a "16th & Howard" location.

They are re-flagging the Crowne to Sheraton
