I saw this really cool building on North 16th. I think it's got some serious potential! Looking up the records, I saw that it was owned by Creighton.
Anyone know anything about the building?

I agree that the building does have some potential. Â I have walked by there and thought the same thing myself.

I'm guessing torn down. That's what we do.

Yeah, considering that Creighton owns it, I'd recommend getting pictures now if you want to remember what it looked like.
