North of TD Ameritrade resteraunt and venue?

at a food truck last night overheard a conversation that sounded like the potential of a new restaurant or venue seating around 400. From what I could glean halfway through my Parmesan fries, it is to be located to the north of the ballpark, likely in the land exactly north of the UP display track. anyone else heard of this?

On the empty lot?

There is a project directly NW of the UP display that is supposed to have a brewery, restaurant ect.
