Haven't heard many of the details yet, but sounds like this long dormant property may finally be redeveloped. Someone in the know told me "you'll like what's going in there". Sorry to be so vague, but I wasn't given any more details...

While a little hidden from the street, this is a lot of square feet, so it has lots of potential.

It was going to be an events center, but I am guessing that fell through since nothing ever happened after it was announced.

Indoor climbing gym looking at it I think but nowhere near a sure thing.

So, my rumor took a while, but it did finally come through. Confirmed redevelopment of this spot.

Omaha Gun Club. Indoor shooting range, retail store, classes, café.

Thread revival.

Sent in our paperwork for a membership there. The Cinema Center left two theaters intact. The OGC kept them as movie theaters. Going to be some fun there. Do some shooting and then catch Dirty Harry or a John Wayne flick.
