They are moving a lot of dirt North West of the Baxter Ford South dealership, any ideas of what is going in there?

I had no idea where Meadows Parkway was and I also didn't know there was a Baxter out there. This is in the Sapp Brothers area, northwest of I80 and 144th Street.
The owner is J & H INVESTMENTS LLC, but I don't see anything else.

I believe that is the site of the data center with no name.
Edit: on further review, the Datacenter is 370 and 144th.

It is being developed by the Heimes Corporation which owns all the lots to the south of this property on the west side of 147th from Meadows Blvd south to almost Ray Sapp Dr. Looks like an expansion of their Excavating/Recycling/Underground Storage Tanks/Geothermal Wells/Directional Boring business.

I have just heard "rumor" that this will be the location of 4 new Woodhouse dealerships.

That would be really nice because that Heimes Corp. is like Satan's sandbox. Its a shame to have something like what Heimes is running there right next to Chalco Hills recreation area. One time I was hiking around Chalco Hills and I came to this creek flowing into the lake that was 2ft wide and a couple inches deep that was flowing with a yellow brown water. I followed the creek up the ravine and it was coming out of that Heimes mess. I find it hard to believe that Heimes would move because that is a big operation and I think it is hooked to the concrete company across the street. Of course Heimes could pack that dump up and take it elsewhere if WoodHouse made it profitable enough. Why would WoodHouse want to be back there 2 blocks off the main drag is the #1 reason why this rumor is not happening!
