Beer and Loathing spot in Dundee is being built out now to create Jenifer Coco's newest concept.

I read about this several months ago. I wonder if it will be a new concept? Dundee is becoming the new "hot spot" for dining and drinking in Omaha.

I heard it would be similar to J Coco's. She has been thinking about this for a while. I talked with a chef the other day, but he couldn't remember it's name, but I'll ask again tomorrow.

Funny.
Ronco and Linde Construction were two firms that ran by the same owners. Linde did home building and Ronco did commercial and government contracting. Over the years, they focused on Ronco. Great people.
