Building Directly South of House of Loom

I'm hearing the owners of The Burlington League, who also own the entire building in which The Burlington League and House of Loom our housed, will be putting a women's boutique (jewelry, etc.) into the building directly south of the House of Loom. Personally, I'm a little disappointed in the choice, but glad to see another business is movng into the area.

They are making renovations there right now. A new northern wall of some sort.

They renovated the upstairs to have a second home for themselves and yes the lower will be some shop, just haven't heard any specifics.

Owner told me the other day they have decided against a boutique and will rent it out. No word yet on to whom or in what capacity.

This will be some kind of dessert store.
