I have heard that KC's Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is looking at Omaha.

I think KC hospitality is starting to notice the Omaha market. Maybe Strouds started something:

Per Paige Yowell / World-Herald staff writer:

Kansas City juice shop to open two Omaha stores

Spangler said Omaha was an attractive market for expansion because it’s underserved as far as fresh juice and other healthy fare goes.

“It’s a very untapped, unutilized market,” Spangler said. “There is such a strong community of health and wellness and healthy-minded individuals, especially in these Midwest cities.”

Maybe Jax is next.

Really hoping one of KC's BBQ joints finds their way here now.

So they are going to give Shucks a run for their money? Suppose we could use a second fish place (yes, I am "forgetting" to list the one in regency :sly: )
