Heard Brite Ideas is closing. Can't compete with good ol' China.

Let's try that again. Yes, we know a person that works in the warehouse and they were told they would be employed for another week. Not sure if the showroom stays open but the employee was told they couldn't compete with China anymore.

They probably will just switch to Chinese suppliers but otherwise stay in business. Unless rich people and businesses are putting up their own lighting displays these days.

The old location in Midtown is now, or will be, apartments. Man, you guys gotta get east of 72nd more often.

I was gonna say that I thought the bulk of their business was seasonal residential install and take-down.
