15 stories downtown

Post by Iloverumors »

Recently heard about a 15 story apartment building going in downtown. Ground floor retail, parking garage above that with apartment up the side and on top of the parking garage. Appears it will a block long. Ownership and location is anonymous at the moment.

When fortune smiles on something as violent and ugly as revenge, it seems proof like no other that not only does God exist, you're doing his will.

Will the building cover the entire block or just one half?

Given our track record as of late, it probably cover none of the block.

Wasn't there a development proposed in the Old Market just to the east of the Brickway Brewery? I thought I remembered that they would add 4-5 stories or something to an existing building.

This has legs, but I'm not exactly sure how strong those legs are.
