Nancy Mammel - rezoning land

In the preliminary planning board agenda for the meeting tomorrow there is note of two properties owned by Nancy Mammel requesting rezoning to NBD. Both properties are currently lots in disuse, one in Benson across from Full house and the other at the corner of 13th and pierce. I know she has played a role in previous neighborhood development efforts and I was wondering if anyone had an idea of what (if anything) is to come from these two land parcels.
