I know I have speculated here that Shadow Lake Towne Center might be a good location for a Costco. I just noticed in his City Weekly article, our good friend Jeff Beals suggested the metro would be getting a Costco in the next year. Lou, why don't you ask him if he can divulge where he got this information... maybe he just got it from our ramblings here. On the other hand, given his connection with Commercial World Group... and it's connection with South Port...
