Jim Esch for Mayor?

I hear that Jim Esch is lowering his site from congress to running for Mayor of Omaha. I think this would be lovely for our city to have a young, forward thinking Mayor. Especially with this recent embarrassment we have now.

I agree we need a better mayor but Jim Esch would be a step down. Â He has never held a real job. Â I think he ran for Congress just to get "chicks."

I don't agree with some of his stances, but he looks like he'd be better than Suttle.

We just had the election. Â Mayor is not every two years like congress. Â I hope Jim's got better things to do than start planning an election for an office that still has the full 4 years to go.
