Lincoln Software Company to build new 7 story HQ Downtown
So Clyne wants to build a seven-story glass-and-brick headquarters at 1023 O St., next door to the Gold's building.

His plan is to tear down the existing building, which MacPractice bought for $350,000 in December from Kinport Corp., one of the companies owned by developers Will and Robert Scott, and build the new building from scratch.

MacPractice would occupy the top four floors, taking about 26,000 square feet -- it has 17,000 square feet now -- while the bottom three floors would be leased to office and retail tenants.

Why is it when I move away everything starts getting built in DTL?  Anyways, awesome project especially considering it replaces a three story building:

They decided to expand in the Haymarket for now.
