3 Landmark Centre would go on the block bounded by 11th, 12th and K streets and Lincoln Mall on land directly east of NEBCO's 1 Landmark Centre building. NEBCO also owns 2 Landmark Centre directly south of the proposed new building.
The company owns the entire block on which the project would be built, having purchased the final portion in June from Farmers Mutual insurance for $2.75 million.
NEBCO officials so far have declined to comment, but according to documents submitted to the Planning Department, plans call for a three-story, 90,000-square-foot office building with 75 underground parking stalls on the south half of the block and a 300-stall parking garage on the north half.
