Getting a nice renovation following the Cornhusker. Â This plus the 3 new DT Lincoln hotels shows how far strong that market is becoming.

Re: Holiday Inn
It looks like the Holiday Inn might be changing flags. I was looking for a hotel in Madison when I found the Graduate, a hotel that's part of a small chain that locates exclusively in college towns. On their locations page I found the image below. There's no information other than it will open in winter of 2016.:

Re: Holiday Inn
Judging from the website looks like a better chain than Holiday Inn, or at least more unique.

Re: Holiday Inn
Is it affiliated with any chain? Many travelers only stay in lodging where they can earn points.
