Marsh and his crew eased into food service, adding breakfast and lunch along the way. The restaurant became fully operational the day after Easter.
Operation manager Kevin Drought said he hopes Longwell’s becomes known for its beer selection -- 198 taps offer 84 right now (the goal is to always be “76 strong,” the restaurant's motto) -- its food and, soon, the TV, which currently is in pieces in wood crates.

This place is fantastic. Been there 3 times and it's been great all three. Good food, best TV's I've seen, and they take reservations....Even when NU is playing basketball.
