In Lincoln, the company hopes to build apartment buildings on the southwest corner of 18th and Q streets and the northwest and northeast corners of 18th and P streets. A six-story parking garage with 593 stalls would be built on the southeast corner of 18th and P streets.
The three five-story apartment buildings would have 175 units, probably ranging from two to four bedrooms each. Each bedroom would have a bathroom, a feature that would distinguish the complex from most other private student housing developments, Curp said.
