Husker Authentic

Post by Greg S »

The athletic department's store outside the stadium is closing in February. Right now everything is 25% off, even if it's already on sale.

They are keeping their store in PBA, and have a smaller one in the stadium. They also said next year they will have more stands in and around the stadium.

Too bad though, I liked shopping there.

There is also one that basically has the same stuff in the lower level of the Union. I bet that location outsells the one in the parking garage on all but Husker Football game days.
For the record  NEBUGEATER does not equal BUGEATER    !!!!!!!

Yes, the one in the parking garage.

The one in the Union is run by the campus bookstore. This one (in the garage) is owned by the Athletic Department (which runs the one in PBA, Haymarket Park, and inside Memorial Stadium). It has some overlapping items with the bookstore but not all.

Closed for good on Sunday. They are moving the ticket offices into that space.

Which is a good plan. The one time my friend dragged me along to a football game, the line was crazy to pick up the tickets at Will Call because it was such a tiny area of the building. I can't imagine what the line looks like when students pick up theirs.
