40th & Yankee Hill Road Development

The south is booming by Lincoln standards. Once the beltway work starts and completes this area may be exploding. Of course this may be a few years away.

I've always thought south Lincoln was very aesthetically pleasing as far as suburban development goes. It seems like it could give West Des Moines a good run for its money. North Lincoln on the other hand....too much mixing of new commercial/residential with old industry...

Wow this is pretty big news. I'm sure in a couple years this will all be developed fully. Its still pretty baron in this area though.

This pales in comparison to the development slated for Warlick Blvd & Hwy 77.
