Are you talking about the hotel at 9th&P? Â That hotel has been under so many names over the past 15yrs... Â I didn't know it was up for sale again.

Do you think that hotel could be renovated inside and out or is it a lost cause?

I think it did get renovated when Holiday in purchased it. Â It's a major building in a great downtown location; chances are it won't get abandoned any time soon.

Yep, the rooms in there are quite nice. Â I would recommend it.
