Looks like a pretty bleh, suburban design. I know this area of Dodge isn't very pretty, but its Omaha's most trafficked areas - I think this lot could be used better.

I am assuming it is going to go between Gentlemen's Choice and the Cox Solutions store on the north side of Dodge. Can't be any worse than the dirt lot that is there now and it sounds like a great cause (free lodging for families of cancer patients)

It is going to be back kinda by the village inn. Not on West Dodge but on the Dodge that runs by Methodist.

I'm good with the more classical design. No it's not earthshaking or ground breaking but it's nothing that 10 years from now is going to look dated or out of place. Considering what it's use is, looks good to me.

Sorry, you are right. It sounds like it is going to be just south of the BP.iamjacobm wrote:It is going to be back kinda by the village inn. Not on West Dodge but on the Dodge that runs by Methodist.

Some construction sites lay quiet under the guise of frozen ground while others are full steam ahead.

Yeah, unforeseen obstacles like winter weather have hampered a long, long, long awaited project right down the street.MTO wrote:Some construction sites lay quiet under the guise of frozen ground while others are full steam ahead.
