Bank of the West recently completed their new building on Northwest Radial and have torn down the old, much larger structure behind it. There is still construction equipment there. Anyone know what is going to be done with that property? It sure has changed the look of that area.

I can't find it anywhere...

Basically, the only Walgreen's in Omaha without a drive through is the one in Benson. Most of the Bank of the West building was empty. Back when it was Commercial Federal, that was their printing facility, that has since been moved elsewhere on BOTW property. BOTW built a smaller branch for just the bank and Walgreens is going to build on the rest of the property.

The Walgreen's will also be one of the new "Welness" stores with a Dr on staff, kind of like the alegent office in some of the new HyVee stores.

You know you're getting old when you've seen a particular Walgreens location move twice. This one started at 60th and Ames where Tires Plus is now.
