That is pretty funny.

There actually are diet plans that are based on limiting your eating to a certain time window, e.g. you can eat anything you want, but only during the same 2-hour period every day. Ultimately, it's just another way to limit overall calorie intake (and medical studies have shown that calorie intake minus expenditure is all that really matters as far as overall weight loss is concerned). I'm not saying that I would recommend it, though!
