Dolce Italian restaurant, 124th & Maple (near Bene pizza)
Will be open for lunch and dinner. Locally owned.
Opening Aug. 1.

It is DOLCE CAFE.

Open from 10-2 and then from 4-8

Offering lunch and then a wine bar with assorted cheeses, light finger foods, and charcuterie from 4-8.
The owner is also a good cake maker and will demo her cakes periodically during business hours in an open decorating kitchen placed in the front of the restaurant.

No, john is not the owner. This type of format is not my cup of tea.
The owners name is gina sterns. Basically a career changer who has done most of her work in art cakes and hired a chef to run the cafe portion.

According to Grow Omaha, Dolce has closed.
