132nd & Fort widening

132nd & Fort needs to be widened into 4 lanes. Is it in the plans? If yes, then when are they going to widened it? I did read a source saying it will get done in 2015, is it true?

It doesnt effect me personally, but I do know that area gets pretty congested at times, and is a little dangerous at night because of the narrow lanes for passing traffic. It would def be smart to widen that stretch soon.

But then again 168th between Pacific and Center was originally supposed to be done back in 2008. So there's that.

Another unfortunate side effect of suburban development. Too much traffic on the arterials and too high of speeds on the as yet unwidened ones. There is not nearly enough money to widen every mile road to 5 lanes. The City and County are behind and its not getting better.
