What's built in front of Hobby Lobby?

Couldn't find if this is in another thread somewhere. Does anyone know what is going in the building under construction in front of the Hobby Lobby at approximately 175th and West Maple?

There is a Christian Brothers Automotive going in out there too in Front of Hobby Lobby. I believe the two are next door to each other.

I should be happy for everyone in NW Omaha looking for another tire store. But I guess I was hoping for, well, something different. Quite a few tire, automotive, brake, etc. places within of a mile of each other here. I guess out here in the 'burbs, we put a lot of miles on the cars and need a lot of these types of services. :roll:
