Did the Hindu temple buy this parcel? They have a lot of expansion plans and not much room left to do anything.

There's just a demo permit for that address. But the temple has a building permit pulled for a garage at 13010 Arbor.

I know someone that looked at it a couple years ago and he said it was absolutely nasty inside. Mold everywhere...

I left Omaha in '82, my brother last remembers seeing Poltergeist 3 around '85, was it still up in the 90's?

I loved that theater complex. I remember seeing one of the Austin Powers films there. I laughed so hard at the opening sequence I choked on my popcorn and they almost had to call the paramedics.

Wow did a story. They even said "The Orchard 4 is No More"... Lol

Anyways, nothing new to report. Just tearing it down because it was in poor condition, no new tenant yet.

Wow. Yeah, this is where i always saw movies as a kid in the 80s. Probably was going there until 20 Grand opened.

I saw all the Faces of Death movies there in the early 90's.
