Yep, they've already raised dirt for what looks like a new addition (which makes sense since I wondered why they didn't finish painting the building on that side).jhuston wrote:That last rendering would suggest that OTC is going to be adding on an annex towards the southwest as well...huh.

I don't know yet - but I will ask someone who may know.papiostud wrote:Anybody know what coffee shop it landed?

I wonder whey they are leaving Aksarben for the Sarpy County Strip Mall? They already have a small office in a Sarpy County Strip Mall right around the corner from this new building.iamjacobm wrote:Too bad they couldn't do a two story building for Olsson Associates to take office above the retail bays. There is a perfect example at Aksarben Center.

Could they be consolidating both locations? That does seem odd to have two offices so close together, especially in retail bays.Brad wrote:I wonder whey they are leaving Aksarben for the Sarpy County Strip Mall? Hmmm ... I haven't noticed the apostrophe in any of the material I've seen. Sure it wasn't an error which some copy editor finally noticed? I admit that pretentious spelling (shoppe, pointe) as toute la mode du moment is getting old, but I hope they don't extend this to pretentious punctuation as well!RNcyanide wrote:The apostrophe in 'Shoppe's' on their signage on site is killing me. Pretentious marketing spelling paired with improper grammar gives me high hopes for this place.
Just talked to someone that knows and its only the Sarpy County office that is relocating.brick wrote:Although I don't know, the most obvious scenario is that they are just relocating the Sarpy County office, and keeping the aksarben office.

No doubt there will be a chiropractor in that strip mall. Every strip mall seems to have one.ChadJK wrote: Tue Jul 02, 2019 9:02 am I wonder how much is going to be actual retail. So many of the other strip mall units in the area have been rented to be used for offices for various trades (construction and the like).
I think that's all they build now. That kitchen must be a big profit center, although that's hard for me to understand, never seem that busy.WBR_Tom wrote: Sat Jul 13, 2019 11:24 am The dirt moving here is for a QT. Building permit for 11626 Virginia Plaza is listed as QuikTrip on La Vista’s city website. Looks to me like one of their newer-style buildings with the big kitchen, doors on three sides, etc. I’d imagine it will do really well there.
