87th and Sorensen Parkway Development

Anybody know what is going in on the south side of Sorensen Parkway and 87th. It has been part of a fill dirt/material area for the 13 years that I have lived up here. The other day I noticed they are making a street with curb and gutter into it.

I'm going to guess small industrial lots. Looks like Swain Industrial Park.

Thanks for that. It looks like the cityclerk document shows the whole area and this is a small piece in the NW corner so I wonder if some of that has changed.

Dang I was hoping for a gas station.
