The Landings Apartments in Bellevue at 36th & Cornhusker proposes to add 120 units to the existing 220 apartments. YouTube discussion from Bellevue City Council at LINK over traffic and need for sidewalks & landscaping. The city must not be aware of the lack of sidewalks along Cornhusker in this area, yet will force the developer to add them.
