Do the white and black dots signify the streets in the proposed subdivision? The rest of the shaded area is land that will not be used? I know there is a horse barn with a bunch of horses there and some land they use for the horses that won’t be effected will it?

If you look at the site plan the land that the horse barn sits on looks to not be included in this project.
