Yah I agree. I just wish there was another middle class builder to give them some healthy competition everything is going to look way too similar. I surprised legacy or even home company hasn’t purchased more lots.

Celebrity is the volume, low-cost home builder right now, but there are a couple sub-$300K builders like Legacy. Off the top of my head, I believe Pine Crest and Richland have new construction that is in that range. Also, Legacy is delving into urban townhomes, which is a good move for them, in my opinion.

Oh so legacy is getting townhomes on top of there own homes already? That will be a nice addition. The home company I know builds in the mid 200s and up to 350s they just added 1.5 story model which is nice to see. Gives people the option of more than just a ranch or two story

Yeah, I noticed while looking at some of the new townhomes for sale DT. Check out this listing: https://www.npdodge.com/property/332300 ... -ne-68131/. They mention that the builder is Legacy.
