Attached garages, clubhouse, pool. The grand opening was November 2018 so not really new news but it looks nearly complete now.

Seems a little high for rent in the suburbs, but I drive by this everyday and am glad that the developer finally finished these since the land sat vacant for years.

Yes, when you can get a one bedroom "mansion", I think you may have a bit of false advertising going on!
