I couldn't find a thread on this development, but if there is one please merge. White Lotus group owns a large parcel(s) of land at the northwest corner of 132nd and Cornhusker. The development is dubbed I-80 Logistics Hub, per their website. Nothing has really gone on here, but this weekend, I notice that they have started grading. It used to be a grass field, as recently as a month ago, but now it is all dirt and they have heavy machinery there. There website claims that a Fortune 100 company will be there (any idea who?) and includes a loopnet page with a potential layout of the development.

This has actually been in the works for quite a while now. Rumor has it there is a Fortune 100 company interested in one of the lots. Just remember its an industrial logistics hub and and not a corporate office park so it won't be a headquarters or anything like that, but still a great get. I'm guessing the lots in here will go quick with the proximity to the Sapp Brothers exit.

That would fit this development and the rumors. Seems like a solid rumor.ChadJK wrote: Mon Sep 16, 2019 2:43 pm I know a guy that drives for FedEx that says FedEx is building a new hub there.![]()
